Definitions and Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the r555 website and all services offered under it ("Platform"). 1.2 Corporate Accounts
Account registration on behalf of a business or corporate entity is not permitted. r555 is intended solely for personal use.
Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
r555 is committed to preventing participation by minors. All gaming activities and financial services on the Platform are available only to individuals aged 21 and above. At any stage of account verification, r555 may request the following documents:
- Scanned copy of National ID Card (NID) or passport
- Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method
Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. If the required documents are not provided, r555 has the authority to temporarily or permanently close the relevant account.
Account Security and Responsibility

4.1 Password Security
- Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining letters, numbers, and special symbols.
- Do not share your password with anyone.

4.2 Account Sharing Prohibited
Allowing another person to use your account, or operating someone else's account, is strictly prohibited. The registered member is responsible for all activities carried out through their account.
4.3 Updating Information
If your contact details change, update them in your account settings without delay. r555 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on r555 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Minimum Amounts

5.2 Withdrawal Processing
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.
5.3 Legitimacy of Funds
All funds deposited into r555 must come from lawful sources. In the case of suspicious transactions, we may request additional verification and, if necessary, place the transaction on hold.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
r555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer is subject to its own terms and conditions. The key bonus terms are set out below:
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus — making your balance ৳2,000 — and you must complete ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers.
6.2 Other Promotional Bonuses
- r555 Weekly Reload Reward: 20% bonus on weekly deposits, up to ৳5,000 — wagering requirement 20 times the bonus — minimum deposit ৳300.
- r555 Slot Festival Bonus: 30% bonus on monthly slot game deposits, up to ৳8,000 — wagering requirement 25 times the bonus — minimum deposit ৳300.
- r555 Friday Cricket Special: 50% bonus on cricket betting deposits every Friday, up to ৳10,000 — wagering requirement 20 times the bonus — minimum deposit ৳300.
- r555 Birthday Gift: Registered members receive a reward of up to ৳2,000 during their birthday month — wagering requirement 15 times the bonus.
- r555 Refer a Friend: Reward of up to ৳3,000 upon a successful referral — wagering requirement 10 times the bonus.
6.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may be cancelled if the conditions for its award are not met.
- If bonus abuse is found, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Wagering requirements must be fully met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to slots, live casino, sports betting, and all other gaming activities on r555:
7.1 Betting Limits
Each game or bet has specific minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed on the game page. r555 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
7.2 Cricket and Sports Betting
Standard odds rules apply when betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket tournaments. If a match is abandoned or postponed, r555's relevant rules apply to determine the outcome of bets.
7.3 Technical Issues
If a technical error on the server affects the result of a game, all bets for that specific round will be cancelled and stakes returned. In such situations, r555's decision is final.
7.4 VIP Program
Active members can progress through five VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — based on their level and consistency of play. The weekly cashback rate at each tier is up to 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, and 1.0% respectively. This cashback is paid on weekly net losses.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r555 platform:
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraud, manipulation, or misconduct.
- Operating an account using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses ("bonus hunting").
- Depositing funds from illegal sources or any attempt at money laundering.
- Colluding with other members to manipulate the betting system.
- Unauthorised interference with the platform's software or security systems.
- Attempting to verify an account using a false identity or forged documents.
If a member is found to have engaged in any of the above prohibited activities, r555 may immediately close the relevant account and seize the balance.
Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Closure by r555
r555 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Failure to complete account verification.
9.2 Closure by the Member
Any member may request to close their account at any time. In that case, any outstanding bonuses and incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled; however, the actual account balance may be withdrawn.

Privacy and Data Protection

- Service interruptions due to natural disasters or unforeseeable circumstances.
r555 makes every effort to resolve technical issues on the platform within a reasonable time. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Changes to Terms
r555 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Registered members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.
